TIPi Academy

The TIPi Group are a specialist independent digital network built on performance and profitability (Pi). With an ambition of shaping the future together, we currently house two agencies; ROAST, Digital Performance, and Kitty, Digital Creative, with plans to launch a further agency this year. TIPi Academy aims to introduce graduates to the digital marketing landscape through a series of introductory training sessions held by Heads of Department. We hope that by giving grads a peek preview of each discipline, they will not only take away valuable insights and an understanding of various digital disciplines but will also come away with an idea of which area they are most suited to.

 

Dates

The course will run Monday 13th to Thursday 23rd August (Saturday and Sunday not included). The course will begin at 10am every day and will finish between 4pm and 6pm. You’ll receive a full timetable closer to the time.

 

Requirements

Our Academy requirements are slim, we only ask that you are a recent graduate and have a keen interest in joining the digital industry.

 

What will the course cover?

The course will introduce you to multiple digital disciplines, allowing you to consider alternative career routes in the digital industry. We’ll hold introductory sessions on over 20 different disciplines including Paid Social, Insights & Strategy, Content Marketing and Data & Analytics. We’ll deep dive a little further into PPC and SEO—the two disciplines at the core of our online performance agency ROAST.

Alongside specific tutorials, the course also covers broader skill sets, such as interview and presentation training. It will culminate in team pitches, guided by a brief from the agency Academy team.

 

Cost

We offer the introductory course completely free of charge. However, we do require a
£200 deposit*, which will be returned to you on completion of the course. Please see the

Accreditation

All those that complete the course successfully will receive a TIPi Academy certificate and an industry reference. You will also be required to become Google AdWords certified over the period of the course.

If a particular individual stands out and a suitable job role is available, there may be an opportunity to take on a full-time role at TIPi Group.
