ROAST ARE NAMED AS A BEST COMPANY TO WORK FOR!
At just three years old, ROAST are incredibly proud to find ourselves amongst The Sunday Times Best 100 Small Companies to work for, sitting at position 59.
This weekend we also were awarded a three ‘Michelin style’ star rating in the Best Companies accreditation scheme. To say we are proud of how far we have come in just three years is an understatement.
To mark the occasion, our CEO and Founder, Ollie, has written an article for The Drum on the importance of building a great culture within a business and how you should invest the time and energy in this aspect when you grow a business.
