The Role


As Data Visualisation Executive, you’ll own all the aspects of the reporting and data visualisation offering. Day-to-day, you will be expected to work alongside internal teams in ensuring the smooth build and execution of all dashboards requested by clients as well as improving processes. Whilst delivering on client work you’ll also be expected to introduce best practices and streamline frameworks across the TIPi Group to introduce consistency and efficiency.

  • Brief template creation & project scoping as per business and client needs
  • Creation of dashboards on different platforms such as Google Data Studio, Datorama and Excel
    • Translate briefs from clients or internal departments into requirements’ scope
    • Data mapping & validation
    • Build and design
    • Testing & delivery to clients
  • Work closely with the delivery teams (PPC, SEO, Social, Display, Mobile, CRO) to understand exact client reporting and data visualisation needs, ensuring our output aligns with these
  • Ongoing maintenance of dashboards
  • Support the wider Group during pitches & support Head of Analytics in scoping projects
  • Support the marketing team when needed to create visualisations/marketing assets/blog posts
  • Ensure best practices in terms of reporting/data visualisation are being used across the group
  • Creation of processes, frameworks and collateral for the data visualisation offering
  • Training & support in best practices for:
    • Data visualisation
    • Reporting
  • Support the Head of Analytics on ad-hoc projects
  • Support the Junior Analyst and Head of Analytics in performing:
    • Analytics audits
    • Site tagging
    • Measurement and implementation plans
    • Data architecture


The Candidate

  • 1 – 2 years of experience in creating and maintaining report and Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards
  • Experience across a variety of dashboard platforms such as Google Data Studio, Datorama, Tableau and Bright Analytics
  • Experience of working with a variety of digital marketing data sets such as Google Ads, Bing, Google Marketing Platform, Google Analytics, Social Media platforms, SEO ranking tools and wider onsite analytics packages
  • Highly numerate with experience of handling large scale and complex data sets and analyses
  • Capabilities in relevant coding languages (Java, Python, R, SQL) of significant benefit
  • Native-level English communication ability (written / oral)
  • Highly organised and capable of personal time management and working to deadlines
  • Enthusiastic and motivated for professional development
  • Naturally inquisitive, able to perform personal research and problem solve to find solutions
  • Works well in a team
