The role
The Account Executive’s primary role is to support the Account Manager in the implementation and management of tasks across client accounts in line with industry and agency best practices. They will be required to follow instruction on deliverables that will continuously grow and improve performance for our clients’ accounts. They will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of these accounts, conducting regular optimisations and analysis, communicating performance to the AM, working with external media suppliers and managing daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc reporting.
Responsibilities
- To work closely with the Account Manager to ensure strategy is correctly implemented across accounts
- Compile daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports as required and ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Compile daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc analysis of account performance
- To manage daily budgets and ensure that monthly spend is on target
- Manage tracking, trafficking and bid management through appropriate DSPs and tools (CM360, DV360, AppsFlyer, Branch)
- Show a clear understanding of the dynamics between key KPIs & comment on weekly performance fluctuations
- Proactively suggest tests and optimisations to improve account performance
- Run mobile-specific accounts across mobile ad networks.
- Manage B2B account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns.
- Assist the AM and the Head of Biddable with industry research and new business proposals
The candidate
We’re looking for someone with:
- Passion for digital marketing and for delivering outstanding work
- Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of independent research and learning
- Proactive
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Highly numerate and strong analytical skills
- Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Additional languages and/or knowledge of Javascript would be a bonus

Our hybrid-working model allows you some variety on your place of work, offering you the chance to work from home on some days each week, where possible.
