Over the last five years, TIPI Group has grown to four agencies and over 60 people. The four agencies are ROAST (traditional performance digital media), Kitty (website design and development), Rabbit & Pork (voice experience) and The Market (flexible digital performance media).

Each agency is expected to succeed in their own right but as each agency is designed to be complementary to each other, we expect the network to become greater than a sum of all its parts. The Role | New Business Executive


Due to solid growth, TIPi Group are now looking to expand our sales team. We work on a diverse portfolio of campaigns for global brands so you can be certain that you will constantly be challenged.

Working with TIPi Group will allow you to develop your sales skills, business acumen and give you all the tools you need to succeed in the industry. This is a great opportunity for an intelligent, driven and ambitious individual to start or expand on their sales career.

As New Business Executive you will play a crucial role in how the business is perceived by clients, partners, journalists, internal and external peers from a new business perspective.

Reports to:

Chief Growth Officer


  • To assist with new business leads, communications between lead and internal teams.
  • Supporting the Chief Growth Officer to ensure all incoming leads are followed up on and subsequent calls / meetings are arranged.
  • Responsibility for outbound sales, predominantly phone based to pitch products and set up meetings with potential clients
  • Coordinating pitch preparation including ROAST briefings, status meetings with teams, presentation formatting and ensuring the brief is answering the client’s questions sufficiently and the company message is coming across well, meeting day preparation. Careful attention to detail required, including cross checking proposal and fee structure.
  • Working with the New Business and insights teams to research the market and source potential clients
  • Consistently working towards hitting and overachieving on sales targets
  • Developing your knowledge of the company’s products and services to motivate clients to want to further explore the benefits of these
  • Regularly attend industry events; feeding back ideas for lead generation, as well as networking opportunities.

The Candidate 

  • Being a degree educated candidate, you will be confident in conducting market research before pitching the client on products and services
  • With clear commercial thinking you will be able to prioritise your time effectively to ensure that you are always working towards hitting targets
  • Your understanding of your clients’ needs and self-driven nature will ensure that you are able to grasp what clients need from you in both the immediate and long term
  • Your natural confidence will make you an excellent negotiator and rapport builder – the old cliché is true; people buy from people!
  • Any prior experience in B2B sales would be advantageous but not essential; you will have an understanding of the sales process and will be able to set up a pipeline of potential deals

Location: Berners Street, between Tottenham Court Road and Oxford Circus stations
