The Challenge


Over the last four and half years, TIPI Group has grown to four agencies and 65 people. The four agencies are ROAST (performance digital media), Kitty (digital production), Rabbit & Pork (voice experience) and The Market (digital for SMEs).

Each agency is be expected to succeed in their own right but as each agency is also designed to be complementary to each other, we expect the network to become greater than a sum of all its parts.

Our reputation as a network and agencies is improving phenomenally fast. This is thanks to the great work we do but also the importance our founders have always put on marketing ourselves to the rest of the industry. As such, we have always had an incredibly health new business pipeline and it has now become important to add another member to the New Business team so that we can continue to grow the business.

We firmly believe in the organic growth of this network so that we can all build something unique and innovative together. We are now looking for talented individuals to help us achieve this vision.


Reports to:

Chief Growth Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver a sales strategy to generate incremental revenue
  • Identify advertisers across target segments based on detailed research
  • Contact prospects on a regular basis through relevant channels, manage ongoing follow up and secure introductions with senior management team
  • Manage the sales pipeline and associated reporting
  • Work with our teams to support winning pitch delivery
  • Proactively build and maintain strong relationships within the UK advertising space
  • Manage your own diary in regards to face to face meetings
  • Build and maintain first class product, industry and competitor knowledge
  • Collaborate with the wider eam to seek out any opportunity for cross selling
  • Ensure all revenue targets and KPIs are exceeded
  • Ensure CRM is up-to-date and accurate at all times
  • Make the most of the excellent training and development opportunities on offer to learn about all the TIPi services


This job is right for you if…

  • 4-5 years’ experience in selling agency services
  • You are an avid networker and strong relationship builder
  • You have a demonstrable track record in exceeding targets and experience in selling digital services & finding creative solutions
  • You are extremely organised
  • You have broad knowledge of digital marketing and the media landscape/role of media agencies
  • You have proficiency in MS Office – particularly Powerpoint
  • You are experienced in presenting to senior client/agency contacts
  • Thanks to your engaging character you are able to quickly build relationships while demonstrating authority
  • You are a great communicator, both written and verbal
  • You have a natural curiosity and keep your ear to the ground when it comes to industry news and are interested in brands and marketing
  • You are proactive, enthusiastic, flexible, communicative and calm in stressful situations/tight deadlines
  • You have the ability to work with multiple internal, senior stakeholders
