Over the last five years, TIPi Group has grown to four agencies and 60 people. The four agencies are ROAST (traditional performance digital media), Kitty (website design and development), Rabbit & Pork (voice experience) and The Market (flexible digital performance media).

This role is key to achieving this brand equity and requires someone ambitious and organised. There is an opportunity to help shape our department into something much larger and our vision is for you to grow your own area of expertise and potentially build a team under you.
You will need to demonstrate experience in online PR and promotional strategies which gain coverage to acquire links and mentions of campaigns. Campaigns people care about is what we’re interested in.
You will be account managing clients, supporting ideation and planning campaigns. The main function of this role is the planning and execution of PR and promotional strategies, which will be to support creativity-led content campaigns. This includes client management, pitching, creating ideas, organisation and planning. You will be working with a number of challenging brands in a mix of sectors. You will also be required to support new business and marketing for the department.
Location: Berners Street, between Tottenham Court Road and Oxford Circus stations
Holidays: 25 days, excluding bank holidays, plus Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve off
