Fuel Your Passion for Performance Marketing

Paid media is one of the most dynamic channels in digital, and a great place to build real expertise quickly. At ROAST, we’re big on collaborative learning—sharing ideas, testing new approaches, and pushing performance forward.

As a PPC Account Executive, you’ll support Account Managers in running and improving paid media campaigns across a range of clients. You’ll take ownership of day-to-day account activity, from optimisation and analysis through to reporting and testing, helping to drive measurable results.

This is a hands-on role with plenty of scope to grow – ideal for someone who’s naturally analytical, proactive, and keen to keep learning.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management & Optimisation

  • Support the implementation of paid media strategies across client accounts
  • Manage and optimise campaigns across platforms (search and/or social)
  • Conduct keyword research, build out campaigns, and refine targeting
  • Write and test ad copy to improve performance
  • Monitor budgets and ensure spend is on track
  • Analyse performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Run search query reports and expand keyword coverage
  • Carry out bid adjustments and landing page reviews
  • Proactively suggest and implement tests to drive results

Reporting & Analysis

  • Produce regular (daily/weekly/monthly) performance reports
  • Analyse trends and explain performance shifts against KPIs
  • Support media planning from campaign briefs

Team & Delivery

  • Support and guide junior team members
  • Help ensure work is delivered accurately and on time
  • Review outputs and maintain quality across accounts

New Business Support

  • Assist with pitches and proposals when needed
  • Support with research, draft copy, and presentation builds

About You:

  • We don’t expect you to know everything, but you should bring:
    • ~1+ year experience in Paid Search and/or Paid Social
    • Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with data
    • Solid MS skills, such as Excel and PowerPoint
    • A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have (but not essential):

    • Experience across multiple platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
    • Basic knowledge of tracking, tagging, or JavaScript
    • Additional languages
