Each month, our employees nominate a fellow colleague who they believe has gone above and beyond, demonstrating true TIPi Group spirit. Employees’ votes are benchmarked against one or more of our company values – collaboration, restless minds, integrity, and purpose. It’s all to play for each month for the desired title.
To celebrate their achievement, we sit down with each MVP and ask them to ‘Spill the Tea’ to really delve deep into what makes them tick, what they love about their job, and the aspects of our company culture that they just can’t get enough of.
Without further ado, lets turn the spotlight onto Aimee Metcalf, SEO Account Manager and this month’s MVP:
1.What is your favourite thing about working for TIPi Group?
My favourite thing about working for TIPi group is how supportive and friendly the company is as a whole. Every person is willing to help out, which is rare to find. Big shout out to the SEO team – It’s such a great team and no question is ever a silly question. Another great thing about TIPi group is our team socials, from regular softball games in the summer, annual sports day, company holiday and pub quizzes. But overall, It’s the people that make TIPI group!
2. If you weren’t doing your current job, what other career path would you follow?
After finishing university, I knew I wanted to work in digital marketing and media but before this I was thinking about being a primary school teacher.
3. If you could have one starter, main & dessert for the rest of your life, what would it be and why?
This is hard! But for my starter, I would order bruschetta on a really nice bread, then for a main it would 100% be a pasta dish – at the moment cacio e pepe. Dessert I’d have a really gooey chocolate brownie – oh and a glass of prosecco to go with the meal! (Classic Aimee)

This nomination is for Aimee. She always takes everything in her stride and still continues to smile. She always makes time to answer questions, help with any problems, and check-in. Aimee is great to work with and is an inspiration every day!
