In February 2015, five ex-colleagues huddled around a desk in Fitzrovia with no clients to their name, to launch an independent digital agency.
ROAST quickly grew; evolving to a full-service agency. We began to gain industry recognition and start to produce award winning work. This enabled us to work with a wide-range of clients, while sitting on top technology advisory boards, win and be nominated for numerous awards, including ‘Agency of the Year’ multiple times, and recruit amazing talent.
To make sure no one gets lost in the business as the company grew, ROAST launch the ROAST House Championship with the first five employees acting as House Captains. The houses act as a support network from day one, allowing new employees to have an alternative support network outside their direct team.
Our values remain at the heart of the agency; authenticity, collaboration, restless minds and purpose. By working as a unit, we have continued to grow; our work ethic, passion and talent shines over and above agencies with decades of legacy.
Now five years old with over 60 employees, ROAST have still been able to retain their start up mentality. By being fiercely independent, we can be agile and adaptable. We evolve and grow alongside our clients, who share our performance focused drive.
