ROAST has won Independent Agency of the Year (Large) at the UK Agency Awards 2026, alongside three further shortlists.

We are so proud to announce that ROAST was named Independent Agency of the Year (Large) at the UK Agency Awards 2026.

ROAST was also shortlisted in 3 other awards, Best SEO Campaign (Large) for our work with Hurtigruten, Best Agency Culture and Best Use of AI with WEX.

Now in their 12th Year, the UK Agency Awards attracts around 250 entries annually and are judges by senior brand-side marketers.

ROAST Agency Journey

In 2015, Ollie Bishop and Charlotte Cosky founded ROAST. Their vision was to build a fiercely independent agency that performed commercially while remaining fun, fulfilling and a place where people genuinely liked to be.

Fast forward almost 12 years and that vision has taken ROAST from an SEO start-up to a full-service performance marketing agency with offices across London, New York and Cape Town. Still fiercely independent and built on the same principles.

Here’s what the judges had to say…

“Really strong results, strong client base and really loved the client feedback…Honestly couldn’t really fault it.”

A message from our Founder…

“Being named Independent Agency of the Year is a proud moment for myself and Charlotte everyone at ROAST. It’s recognition that you can stay independent, put your people first and still deliver results that stand up to the toughest judges in the industry. Huge thanks to our team and our clients for making it happen.” – Ollie Bishop.

Thank you to our brilliant clients and congratulations to every ROASTie!
