Shannon Lynch • 23/02/2023

Camilla Charalambous, nee King, has been promoted to Growth Director at TIPi Group, following her return from Maternity leave. Charalambous was previously Sales and Marketing Director at the independent network of specialist agencies, including ROAST, Rabbit & Pork and Kitty.

The new role will see Charalambous report into CEO and Founder, Oliver Bishop. She will be responsible for driving growth initiatives across the group; focusing on products, positioning and partnerships. As well as new business processes and performance. Having joined ROAST, TIPi Group’s founding agency, from launch in 2015, Charalambous has held senior positions across account management, client servicing and marketing. Prior to TIPi Group, Charalambous led campaign strategies for numerous brands at the digital agency, STEAK. During her career, Charalambous has worked with clients such as Mercedes Benz, Fenwick, Unibet and Trafalgar Tours. Charalambous said: “I’m excited to not only be returning to work post maternity leave but into a role with headspace to think creatively about what we could be doing to accelerate growth. During times of volatility in the industry, it’s more critical than ever to push forward to improve and increase our offering. To be resilient for our clients we need to provide forward-thinking and innovative solutions across the board.”

Bishop said: “I couldn’t be happier to have Camilla return to work in such a pivotal role for the business. Both her strategic thinking and analytical approach make her the perfect fit for this new role. Professionally, and personally, I am thrilled to welcome her back.”

The announcement follows the news that media and performance agency ROAST has expanded its capability roster into offline media planning and buying.
