Sharpen Your Skills and Elevate Your Career
As a Junior Paid Media Account Executive, you’ll work closely with our Paid Media Manager, supporting the implementation and management of paid media campaigns across diverse client accounts. You’ll receive comprehensive training, ensuring you develop the necessary expertise to excel in this dynamic field.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and optimisation of compelling ad copy.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and implement strategic optimisations.
- Analyse campaign performance and generate insightful reports for clients.
- Manage daily budgets and ensure adherence to monthly spend targets.
- Collaborate with media suppliers and stay abreast of industry best practices
The candidate
The Ideal Candidate:
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a natural aptitude for learning.
- Exhibits excellent research skills and the ability to work independently.
- Possesses strong communication skills with proficiency in written and spoken English.
Desirable Skills:
- Demonstrates a strong interest in digital marketing and its evolving landscape.
- Recent graduates with a degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field, or individuals with 1 year of experience in digital marketing
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing strategies.

This position is a 3-month internship with an initial pro-rata salary of R12,000 per month, to be reviewed alongside a permanent contract upon successful completion.
Working at TIPi Group
Location: hybrid working both from home and our lovely office on the V&A Waterfront
Holidays: 6 days for the duration of the internship, plus all public holidays and Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve off;

Our hybrid-working model allows you some variety on your place of work, offering you the chance to work from home on some days each week, where possible. You will be expected to attend the office in line with our company policy. All staff liaise closely with their line manager to manage their time appropriately and according to their work and team requirements.
