The role

Reporting into the Head of Organic Performance, the Organic Performance Director takes ownership of the Organic Performance services for the agency whilst being responsible for the development and growth of the Organic Performance department.

Responsibilities

Working alongside the Head of Organic Performance, the Organic Performance Director directly contributes to the overall direction, development and scope of the ROAST offering.

This includes:

  • Leading Organic strategy across designated client accounts
  • New business pitch creation, commercials, projections and presentations
  • Identifying opportunities to cross-sell services to existing clients
  • Resource and finance management of the department
  • Overseeing the team growth, including service and skills development
  • Working closely with the delivery team and ADs to spot opportunities to increase account performance
  • Contributing to and running internal training
  • Agency marketing events and materials, including whitepapers, blogs and speaking at industry events
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes within the department
  • Project & Strategy management across multiple teams
  • Expand automation of processes and innovation of service offering
  • Staying up to date with the latest industry changes and developments
  • Forecasting to project ROI against strategic opportunities

The candidate

Experience & Skills

We would like to see at least 5 years of SEO experience across B2B & B2C, with a proven track record of:

  • growing organic traffic and revenue
  • Proficiency across a wide range of tools such as Google Search Console, Screaming Frog,
  • Excellent communication, presentation and time management skills
  • Experience working across multiple markets
  • Ability to understand client needs and goals and provide tailored strategies to achieve business goals
  • Experience managing and leading a team of talented individuals
  • Strong technical SEO and content experience and skills
  • Experience working cross channel with paid teams to improve and optimise clients ROI
  • A passion for all things Organic and Digital Marketing

Nice to have

  • Experience working with CRO tools and platforms
  • Understanding of UX
  • Knowledge of Python, SQL, etc

Location: Soho, W1

Holidays: 25 days, increasing with length of service, plus Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve off; optional company trip (this year’s have been skiing and to Portugal!)
