Extraordinary levels of employee engagement earn the company industry recognition, and a pretty impressive new ranking as one the best places to work!
For the second consecutive year we’ve earned a spot on the prestigious Sunday Times list, leaping up the rankings from 59th to 28th.
The competition is pretty stiff, as are the criteria, but here at TIPi Group we like to think that we don’t just pay lip service when it comes to building a better working culture and putting our people first.
The Best Companies survey, which asks all employees to respond to questions about all facets of their work-life, identified that TIPi Group performed well across all categories, particularly excelling in three key areas:
Leadership – With 97% of staff agreeing with the statement “I feel inspired by the person leading the organisation”
Wellbeing – With 88% of staff disagreeing with the statement “I am under too much pressure at work to perform well”
My Team – With 100% of staff agreeing with the statement “My team is fun to work with”
Following this incredible accolade from Best Companies, we will celebrate the award by taking part in National Best Companies Day on Friday March 1st, 2019. This will be followed by a company night out to thank the team for their valued contribution to our growing success.
