Each month, our employees nominate a fellow colleague who they believe has gone above and beyond, demonstrating true TIPi Group spirit. Employees’ votes are benchmarked against one or more of our company values – collaboration, restless minds, integrity, and purpose. It’s all to play for each month for the desired title.
To celebrate their achievement, we sit down with each MVP and ask them to ‘Spill the Tea’ to really delve deep into what makes them tick, what they love about their job, and the aspects of our company culture that they just can’t get enough of.
This month’s MVP is a very worthy winner, Jaydhan Sylvan, PPC Account Executive.
1. What is your favourite part about working with TIPi?
My favourite part about being part of the TIPi family is that I am never alone. To elaborate, whenever I need help or assistance with any task I do, there is never a shortage of people who are happy and quick to help. I am constantly growing with this company, learning many new skills along the way. Everyone feeds off each other’s energy and we all learn valuable skills from each other, becoming a stronger team. This is an absolutely amazing company to be a part of!
2. What is your biggest accomplishment this month?
One of my clients had some account restructures which we rolled out throughout the course of the year. This enabled us to priortise high AOV products and priority products. The result meant we were able to drive success at a reduced cost to business, with applications to increase should upweighted budget become available. It was nice to see how the implementation supported improvements in scale and efficiency.
3. If you could have one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be and why?
I love food too much to choose, but if my hands were tied behind my back and I had to choose, it would be a chicken curry. How can you go wrong with a chicken curry? YOU CAN’T! The spice might sometimes be an issue but, overall, it’d be worth it. If I could add a drink to go alongside the chicken curry, I’d have a Vanilla milkshake as my choice of beverage, and then the spice would never be a problem!

Jaydhan has smashed it in Q4 with his work on clients. Following some restructures to the account, and his optimisation of the account, we have seen particularly positive results, with improvement in efficiency, and an increase in orders.
Owning and managing Amazon performance for his client in Q4. He has managed to produce some excellent YoY growth.
