Perkier appoint ROAST as online media partner to drive brand awareness and boost revenue
UK’s fastest-growing healthy snack bar Perkier has appointed digital agency, ROAST, after a competitive pitch.
Following on from successful crowdfunding efforts, in which the plant-based brand raised more than a million pounds worth of investment, Perkier have chosen ROAST in their first agency appointment.
ROAST will run the challenger brand’s Paid Media activity, boosting brand awareness and growing its retail presence. While initially focusing on UK markets, where Perkier sells on average one bar every ten seconds, international expansion is imminent.

Perkier’s retail sales increased 34% latest year vs a category growth of +4%, as consumers continue to switch from more traditional confectionery, biscuits competitor healthy snack bars for a sustainable healthier snack from Perkier.
Perkier bars have 60% less sugar and 100% more fibre than competitors, plus they offer snacks boosted by vitamins for immunity and probiotics for a happy, healthy gut.
The fast-growing business has sold over 17 million bars so far and has built up more than 5,000 distribution points, including listings with Sainsbury’s, Morrisons and Asda, as well as Amazon.
The partnership between ROAST and Perkier kicks off this month and is on-going.
