TIPi Group’s Marketing team set ROAST’s Data & Analytics team the task of creating a unique piece of content that would showcase the agency’s data capabilities and bring traffic to the ROAST site.
The two teams worked collaboratively to come up with a creative solution.
We identified growing volumes for search terms such as ‘best bottomless brunch London’ and realised that with so much choice on offer, consumers were struggling to pick the best option for them. With different restaurants offering vastly varying time durations and drinks choices across the city, it was difficult to accurately weigh up the options. So we decided to try to simplify the process by creating an interactive Bottomless Brunch Map.
The team scoured lists from TripAdvisor, Yelp, Timeout, The Londonist, Designmynight and Secret London to identify the top 90 best Bottomless Brunch locations in London, then analysed the deals to create a number of filters, such as ‘best for drink variety’ and ‘best overall value’, which were then be applied to an interactive map using Google Maps.
In total, 300 datasets were analysed to create the interactive Bottomless Brunch Map.
