At TIPi Group, International Women’s Day is important to us as it’s a chance to truly champion the incredible women within our agencies. This year, we asked our amazing TIPi women some questions so that we can gain advice on how we can make a positive impact going forward in order to Break The Bias.

1. What is a piece of advice you would give your younger self?
You can practice confidence, you’re not born with it
2. Who is your biggest inspiration? And why?
**one of – Katie Piper: as kind and inclusive as she is strong. I was blown away with how warm, unassuming and kind she was when I met her accidentally at an event. She welcomed and introduced herself to me as if I was the celebrity!
3. What has helped you become confident in your abilities?
My friendships with other women, being part of Women in Tech SEO, elevating other women – going out of my comfort zone e.g. public speaking and speaking up about ‘tricky’ subjects in a work environment.
4. How do you believe we can Break the Bias for younger women?
Allyship – forming allies with both female and male colleagues and friends.
